Annual Sports Day Event 2025
TMCP successfully organized its Annual Sports Day on 2nd February 2025 at Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi, Pune. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Roopmay Roy, Director of Techlore, as the Chief Guest.
The Sports Day aimed to encourage physical activity, teamwork, and promote well-being among young children. More than 300 children and 70 parents participated, making it a joyful and energetic occasion. Enthusiastic volunteers from UBS and the TMCP team ensured that the event was an inclusive and vibrant gathering. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making this event a memorable success!

TMCP Annual Felicitation Ceremony 2024
Tara Mobile Creches Pune celebrated its Annual Felicitation Ceremony on December 29, 2024, honoring the achievements of students and alumni. The event recognized the perseverance and success of children from migrant construction worker families, reinforcing TMCP’s commitment to holistic child development.
Key Highlights:
Awards were presented to students excelling in the 10th and 12th-grade examinations.
- The "Smt. Sindhutai Savardekar Award" for outstanding performance in the 10th-grade examinations was presented to Dipali S. Salwi and Aditya S. Bhokare.
- The "Shri Ram Kumar Rathi Award" for exceptional achievement in the 12th-grade examinations was presented to Preeti K. Ingole and Sachin D. Rathod.
On the occasion alumni shared inspiring success stories, demonstrating the lasting impact of TMCP’s programs.
Distinguished chief guests, Mr. Rahul Rathi and special guest Mrs. Nirmala Mehta emphasized the importance of education and community support. The organization's director, Mr. Sanjeev Singh mentioned the importance of acquiring skills in light of the impact of AI in all fields.

Celebrating the Success of Young Achievers – Tara Mobile Creches Pune Felicitation Ceremony 2025
Tara Mobile Creches, Pune (TMCP) which has been nurturing the children of migrant construction workers for over 45 years, held its Annual Felicitation Ceremony on October 4, 2025, to honour the academic achievements of its students.
The event was graced by Dr. (Mrs.) Jayashree Firodia, eminent paediatrician and philanthropist, as Chief Guest, and Mrs. Prajakta Shewale, Education Officer, Kolhapur Zilla Parishad, as Guest Speaker. Also present were the organization’s President Ms. Madhura Gokhale, Directors, staff, and well-wishers.
Students excelling in the 10th and 12th Board Examinations were felicitated with the Mrs. Sindhutai Savardekar Award and the Mr. Ramkumar Rathi Award respectively. Dr. Firodia lauded TMCP’s efforts in ensuring holistic child development through education, nutrition, and recreation, and guided students to explore diverse career paths with discipline and healthy habits. Ms. Prajakta Shewale encouraged children to dream big and appreciated the organization’s role in enabling access to education despite challenges of migration. TMCP’s president, Smt Madhura Gokhale mentioned that, families provide ‘roots and wings’ to their children, similarly TMCP provides opportunities for children to develop their potentials to the fullest.
The event also saw inspiring performances by children and heartfelt sharing by alumni who credited the daycare centres for shaping their lives and careers.
TMCP, through its 19 daycare centres in Pune and surrounding areas, continues its mission of supporting the health, education, and development of children from migrant families—nurturing their roots while giving them wings to soar.
